Updates a question. Only the fields you send are changed.

For a project template question, file_contents or zip_file replaces all of the question's files. In file_contents, entries marked "deleted": true are ignored. To reuse a response's file_contents, JSON-encode the array as the request's file_contents string. .cpad cannot be marked deleted, and at least one file must remain. An empty array, encoded as "[]", resets the question to the template's own files.
