Lists the pads visible to you, with the same fields as GET /pads/{id}.

Values in this list can be up to a minute out of date. If you need the latest values, retrieve the pad individually.

To go through all your pads, follow the next_page URL of each response until it is no longer returned. This is the recommended way to paginate: next_page points to the next page with a cursor, which stays fast however many pads you have.

Requesting a page number is also supported, but gets slower as the page number grows. prev_page is only returned when you use page.
